SWING AND A MISS!   I was wondering why you were being so Hostile towards me?   Did you ever read that Book I told you about? Louis L'Amour's 'Last Of The Breed'?  I know you watched that Documentary I asked you to check out, 'Speed and Angels'. :aok  I totally missed the 'Smiley'!  Because I was inverted?  Throw back to our, what would you call it? Safe Words? :rofl I had brought it up with you before. IYR? I am no fan of the Constant Excuses/Belittling.."SPAR, its in my Wheel House! Poking Fun/The Bear, is just my way!.   OK?  I get the smack talk..but Brother...you got muted?  IIR, you are lucky to still be in game? Dale showed mercy and let you back in game? I might be mis-remembering? Eh, doesnt matter! You are Family to me. We all have our crosses to bear :devil

I've been muted so many times I probably own the record.      Never been banned.   Dale tolerates me for some reason.   Maybe because I've flown with him and he knows I'm a good dude face to face.

I read the book in high school.  Did indeed watch the documentary.   Very good!

Switch to decaf!!!!!

Grandpa Peanut sounds pretty wise  :rock

Cashew was one of the best to play with  for his company and dedication to maximize the fun!

And to a much smaller degree so was Peanut1 for a good run there. As soon as I started furballing in B17's and dominating those fights( more luck than skill) he quit the game and turned extremely sour. Hope whatever he is dealing with IRL gets worked out.  :aok

He's not wrong about rehab and child support. I've been to rehab in 09' and 16'. In both cases I had ended up homeless from my living situation going south trusting the wrong people. Scared to death of having to stay in a shelter going to rehab in the middle of the winter both times was the logical thing to do. Have I had addictions issues? You bet. I am bi-polar, suffered greatly from PTSD, done almost every kind of drug that didn't involve injection. He thinks alcohol was the problem...

As far as child support goes, ya I owe to this day 16k after they back dated 6 years of child support in 2016. It was sign onto it or my kids mother gets dropped by the state for insurance that she refused to let go of. Learned never to go about legal matters without a lawyer over that :cry

You see me and peanut have never been close but I remember sharing all this with him at one time over the past 2 years while I was down in the dumps. This isn't the first time he took all this info and used it as a personal attack for sending him to tower over and over and over again. It's always over 200 tho.

We are all grown men here and for me personally this is nothing. Let's move on from his drive by flame trading and enjoy this thread for what it's not...

Peanut likes to show up, now and again, to spread sunshine and good cheer with the rest of us.

You and I don't agree on most anything, Merv, but I value the honesty and the insight of your post.

We all must tumble down the river of life in our own unique route and encounter rapids and still waters differently. I'm sorry to see you've had some rough waters - that was just your path. It is a short journey and at least we're still swimming! One never really knows what's around the next bend. This also applies equally to those who've had a smooth ride so far. The illusion of control and planning only.

I can easily imagine something like AH helpful to someone with such an unusually-shaped mind. If you could find away of sticking around without depending on Dale actually leaving his deck-chair well I think that would be better all round.

Either way, all the best  :salute

That's just despicable way to behave, IMHO.

One of the best books I’ve ever read.
They're casting their bait over there, see?
