I just landed 47m wheels up at V72 and aircraft never slowed down until tree line. Wings came off prop was bent!      :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

IIRC the prop is always bent on a wheels up landing.

The strips at VBases have some slope, I wonder were you landing in the downhill direction?  Wonder if the slope kept you skidding longer/farther?

On a wheels up landing I try to touch down with full flaps and airspeed just above 100 mph, but some earlier and lighter a/c allow for even slower approaches...

Not first time I have landed at v-base. It never slowed down even after wing popped kept going as if under full power. :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
