Where at?

We had some big ones come through North Texas last night and took our power out.  Woke up sweating like a pig because the AC was out.

The school mascot for Beaver OK is the “Dusters”. The water tower located towards the east end of town has “Beaver Dusters” written on it.
Also, there is a town about 20-30 miles west north west of Beaver called Hooker. The uniforms for their cheerleaders has “Hooker” stenciled on the front end. I lived in Guymon for several years and I am intimately familiar with the area.

We're just west of Denison currently. Was non stop thunder storms for a few days. Contract on a house in Sherman and we're trying to move the closing up to end of June. 2.5 year old house with a hail damaged roof we're working with the seller on.
Here we put salt on Margaritas, not sidewalks.

TI is building a $30 billion dollar semiconductor plant in Sherman and a couple of other companies plan to build semiconductor plants there also. The area is booming. If Abbott gets his way, eliminating all property taxes in Texas, no ceiling on the coming growth.

The panhandle of Oklahoma is a “unique” place.

Talk of all this weather... we will be heading up to Lake Whitney on Thusday. Pulling the RV up there to meet some friends from Dallas there for a long weekend. Looks like a chance of thunderstorms Thursday night and then just hot like it is here east of Houston. I think Saturday is supposed to be 104 there. It has been 99, 100, 101+, here..... with "feels like" temps around 110 to 116.
