Another Potential Returning Player

Hey guys,

My username’s Propilot and I flew on AH mainly when I was in Middle School, through High School, and a bit into college—about 2012-2020. I was with the VMF-216 Bulldogs briefly (not sure if they’re around still) but mainly the Peacemakers. I almost always flew a 109G-14 or 109G-2. Now that I’m making more money, I think I can afford the subscription and I want to get back in the game. I’m also debating getting twin throttles so I can start flying 38s really well.

Anyways, just wanted to say hi and that I’m excited to play with everyone old and new!

Yo come on back Propilot! Just be patient and try to have fun with it. I'd recommend doing some 1v1 fights to get back in the groove of ACM.

bro I've been trying to get back in the groove for MONTHS but I'm having a lot of fun fighting with my VR and getting my controls all settled.  That said I can't wait to jump into another FSO or scenario.  I'm wondering if AVA does anything BESIDES tank wars because that place used to be a HOOT.  All night fighting, jet wars, man did I have some fun I'm sure there's some more fun to be had here.

Ive been on the fence about making a return when i could, however as a fellow 109 pilot its great to see ya! Ive been hanging out a LOT in Match Play (formerly the Duel Arena) I also just made a post where hopefully people who want to 1v1 can just hop in and post. Regardless welcome back! I think a lot of us are getting the itch to fly again.

P.S, always good to see a fellow young'n (comparatively)

DmonSlyr, that’s a very good idea. I’m so out of practice, haha.

Eagler, I am thinking about getting VR—I’m thinking I will save up for it or go with TrackIR.

Shuffler and Banshee7, I’m sure you’re both dead right lol, I just heard you can do some pretty radical moves by cutting throttle to one of the engines. Still, the 38 is a plane I never fully learned, so before I go for something like twin throttles, I should just get good in it first.

Hearing from you guys encourages me to start playing soon!! Can’t wait to see you all in the skies.
