For Frame 3, The 2nd hour will feature a Capture Zone in Budapest. This zone is neutral at the start and can be won by either side. Victory is achieved by simply having more tanks (not AAA or halftracks) within the perimeter of the zone at the end of the frame. The Capture Zone is surrounded by a road and being on the road does not count as being inside the zone.
The Capture Zone is outlined in green on the south end of the city. It is a 5 minute drive from both spawns.

Other changes for Frame 3 are that the LA-5FN is now included with the Hour 2 fighters and the T-34/85 and Panther will be available for the full length of Hour 2.
