I just sort of put together this scene. He's in front of a payphone booth and in his waistband it looks like it's his little red book. So I think getting down to business for Gary means that he's going to be calling a bunch of chicks from that booth that's been specially installed right out in the parking lot where he sweeps out the trailers.
