best android emulator for windows 11 pro?

What would you recomend to me as what Android emulator do you feel is the best and why?

Also, what do any of you folks think of Memuplay?

Only one I have ever used is Bluestacks. No idea how it compares to others.

To be completely HONEST if in this lifetime I could get a working copy of the Google Play Store I would be sooooo happy I can't even tell you!!!

You can get a perfectly working copy of the google play store on a chromebook laptop and use hdmi out to the monitor, like this

I don't have any Chromebook and never said I had one and I DON'T Plan on ever dropping a few hundred or thousand+ dollars on any new laptop just to get any version of playstore!
