Kenai also fixed an issue we found within just a few minutes of being notified. I must admit, I caught a lot of laughs from the callouts. “Alright, now let’s go take Jacksonville.”  :rofl

I do like that the bases are pretty close.

I'm pretty nervous about #s. Last June we had 10k more kills and 11k more deaths than this June. Last May we had 11k more deaths than this may and not even 60k kills. Hard to determine how many more players we had, but that gives you some indication of activity. I normally look at deaths rather than kills because you can only die once per sortie, but you could get a lot more kills. But usually people die more than kill so I go with that. I think besides it being summer. There are other gameyness factors that have turned additional players away.

Of course not.  I would love to see the game grow.  It's why I keep an eye on it.  :aok

Well, numbers breed numbers. Those who are sitting on the side lines waiting for growth is kinda defeating the purpose. When older players see older players jumping back in their ars tends to follow, the cycle needs to be kick started. Example: I'm not speaking for your sqd, but if they saw you dip your feet back in the pool it could encourage a few others to follow.

We have quite a few sitting on the side lines, it's not helping.

last mid-summer when we started coming up from 112-120 to 140-160 by late summer,... Winter we got that extra 40 to hit 200 came very fast, like 1-2 weeks. The more the numbers grew the faster they started to grow.

It's $15 per mo..50 cents per day, no one will go broke giving it another shot. It's the cost of a Happy Meal at McDs.

Forget what you read in the bbs, it doesn't tell the real story. It can actually discourage many the doomday drivel that blast here unleashed. We're having a great time at 110-120, we may not fill the map like old days, but the battles we do have are intense and a blast. In this game Critical Mass is 110-120, anything over that the game starts moving.

You have a sqd of 30? that is 3 hordes of 10. That is major. That would jump us from 120 to 150 or 160.....150 can breed 180, 180 can breed 200-250.. Someone see 5-6 hordes battling, they want in. You see 2 hordes not the same effect. Your sqd alone could change things in a big way. We would all praise that decision.

We are in summer numbers right now. Every game is lower in summer, summer numbers can discourage.

A sqd returning to help would be epic.

Numbers breed numbers.

Edit: When came back in Dec of 23 if I didn't see someone I remembered I would not be here. As soon as I saw names like Brooke and Fugitive and a few others, I jumped right in. Old names draw too.
