Unfortunately, I don’t think changing DAR will change that. We’re at a point where there are no new players, and the existing ones don’t want to get any better. No offense (especially to you Mak), but AH has become a retirement home social club. I think most play to pass the time. There’s hardly any competition anymore because the players that seek the path of less resistance have taken over. I’ve seen it far too many times since my return. A large DAR bar attacks a base and as soon as defenders up, they attack a different field on a different front.

I agree and....
Tough for new guys and has beens to hop back in. I've seen it first hand and while trying to get new folks involved. The current player set has refined and honed their skills over many years with the same bunch of hardened, grizzled dudes. The chaff has been threshed out over the years via attrition, boredom or whatever leaving basically the good players, the really good players and the few elite players. New guys are seals that get clubbed relentlessly until they quit. It's no fault of the current strata of players left, they're just doing what's done when you reach a certain level. Unfortunately that level has nothing underneath to support it. Layers of mediocrity, ineptness and beginners are needed to replenish the game. The few that show up aren't enough to feed everyone. AH had such a population back in the day but no longer. You (all of you) may not see the eliteness in your day-to-day trials and tribulations during your 17th year at AH but you're a shark swimming in a sea of sharks. It's pretty daunting for a newbie to get their feet wet in these waters.

, but you are nothing without an advantage and gaming an advantage in your E planes by rolling against me during my sorties and only engaging me.

Isn't this just easy to prove one way or the other in the DA?

It can be arranged to where there is no advantage and equal planes.

DA is a different situation.

DA seems reasonable

In reality, the majority of the playerbase left is far from elite.  The majority of the players left are actually less than average pilots.  Sure, they're going to kill the new guys over and over, but it's more or less because they fly in packs.  I do agree that it is very hard for new players to even try the game, much less stick around.

Imagine every time you get 25 minutes to fly a sortie once or twice a week, and some loser with 3 accounts is logged in who switches from your team or the other side to the enemy team you are fighting during the middle of your sortie atfer you get a kill defending your field, to engange only you when they enter the combat area every time you play. It's bullcrap. It's garbage. It's not worth my money.

Vio, friend to friend, I think you're being a little overdramatic buddy.  I just looked and Skyyr has only killed you 5 times in the last 4 tours.

We did DA. We went 1-1 out of 2 duels.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RVmXSl13rao

Violator tried to claim his loss didn't count and said he was drunk, as usual. Of course he claims I'm lying when I say I was also drunk (odd right?).

In fact, a 3rd duel would be perfect as it would make the winner decisive (2-1). I fully support and would accept another DA challenge.

No, this is about targeting and greifing players in the MA over and again every sortie they fly no matter where they are when he is logged in and switiching between 3 acconts to game peoples position. It's not about 1v1 skill. No other player in AH history has ever resorted to this level of lousyness flying 200 hours a month...I'm just going to call it out for what it is.

I can't speak to the stalking.  I'm not sure what the HTC rules are on that, but they are unenforceable.

He doesn't have to spy or cheat to stalk you.  When it announced "Violator killed PlayerX" if on his team he simply asks where he was when Violator killed him and what was he flying.  People have done that sort of thing since AW.  No hack required.  What would HTC even do about that if it cared, which I don't see why it would.

But you said...
You are just making up crap to try to pretend you are all good, but you are nothing without an advantage and gaming an advantage in your E planes

And I've seen you claim elsewhere (not worth tracking down every quote) that he can only beat you when diving in from above with a faster plane and his buddies to help while you were busy in another fight.

If you are claiming he has no skills without a faster plane, alt advantage, and buddies ganging on you, all those variables can be isolated so you have a perfectly level combat state.  You statement seems to imply, without the advantages, you should be able to defeat him readily.  We have a MPA or can setup a custom arena. Fair, level conditions can be set so he has none of those advantages over you.  That should work, right?

I get you are claiming he he is an ahole.  Maybe.  Worlds full of them.  AH has it's share.  He wouldn't be the only one.
I get that he got caught using unfair methods to find an enemy he wanted to shoot down.  He got his punishment and HT has decided it is time served, debt paid.

But are you claiming he has no skill?  If not, you should check your wording.  If so, that is a verifiable test that can be setup.

Toxic, psychotic, self-aggrandizing drama queens simply aren't worth me spending my time on.

Yeah this was clearly the better fight when it wasn't 2am on a Friday night after a 6 pack. That was the first time we dueled and didnt intend it to be taken seriously. As you can see, I won the duel that mattered.

I'm not going to give this clown another DA match. He hasn't earned respect. Only if it were  heavily sponsored on twitch like a Paul v Tyson or something, then maybe it would be worth my time.

Indeed. I've tried with 4 people. Only 2 have made it past a month, one folds up on 7/2 and the other is sticking it out despite not having time to play much. I might take on the account that expires on 7/2 as a colleague sounds interested.

I edited my last post as I didn't want to implicate you as a member of the retirement community.
