It’s a penalty system where I assume when hit 100% you’re at least prevented from posting for awhile, possibly PNG’d, idk. You’ll see by your user name an indication that you’re being watched. If you click on your user name and click “view warnings” it will show the history you have, if any…

At 20% posting/viewing wasn’t restricted.

Iirc, the % drops per week without/in absence of more infraction or warnings.

Click your profile to see how many points you have. 80% will put you in the penalty box for a few days I think.

Interesting. I had no idea how this worked.

It would help if you knew what you are being penalized about as it doesn't seem consistent to me

Where are guys even seeing this?  Nothing shows up in anything or anywhere in my profile/acct info? I can see something like this existing, but have never encountered it.

the Media doesn't report about all the Floridians who have generators, only takes 1 hurricane season to realize 1 day without power from a natural event is enough to fill up the gas tanks and get the generator ready....
on a side note with a cat 3 or below, most people will have power on within a few days...

Maybe the “based” part should be removed or the rule reworded…

With heat index in triple digits by 10am any loss of power can be life threatening for those barely able to fend for themselves on days with electricity..

Depends on your location/grid priority and if your utilities are aerial or underground and how close to civilization you are

Sorry but if have land in bfe you are not a priority and best be able to fend for yourself
