Skyyr's new game breaking laws on bbs.
« on: September 07, 2024, 03:34:28 AM »
Ok I'm cutting him off at the pass. HT should pay attention.

Evidently, Skyyr, and/or his pals, Found my real name on Aces High FB page, then visited my page.
He then used it to acquired my personal information and legal records and is now attempting to commit blackmail and soon another crime (which I'll wait to name until he does it).

He found a mid-90s case that was handled by a judge named "Sheila M Moss", a name he posted in a reply to a post, who is now deceased. It states on back page of court docket; all charges dropped except one misdemeanor, but he's going to make me sound as if found guilty, leaving that part out, I was not.

If you notice in other post, Skyyr replies suggesting legal issues with me. No one knows what the replies mean except me and him and at least 2 other people he gave the info to.

He's blatantly trying to hint to me on the bbs and ch.200 that if I don't act like he wants he/they will keep exposing more of the court case, all but the end result of course. That's at the very least attempted blackmail, minimum.

So if you think he sucks in the MA and bbs, think about who else's personal information and legal records he has acquired.

I can put all their quotes together, just leaving this here for now.

Blackmail?! That's serious if true. Its also specific tho. What did he demand you do? For blackmail to occur, then he must have requested or demanded you do something. Otherwise your just being paranoid and potentially breaking the law yourself by making such accusations.
Court cases are public records by the way. One could post court cases for every player here and it would be totally legal. Distasteful certainly, but legal. Ive seen you harass many players here on the forums and ingame, so I find this post very... funny. Pot calling the kettle black and all that. In any case, posts like these dont belong on the boards.

He pretty much threatened to do the same thing to me and others lol.

We bought him a box of self-awareness but he can’t seem to find it. He’s generally considered around here as a non-serious human.
Back in 2022 after a loooooong break from 2010. Old name Ratpack, same for the BBS.

Squad I did the most tours with were the Excaliburs then The 172nd Rabid Dogs. Still trying to talk Illigaf, Coola, Oldman22, and Joecrow into coming back instead of being boring old farts!

All this from a one dimensional player who wants the sim to bend to his wishes.

I would have already forced a face to face.

Not to mention following people to other game forums with the express intent of harassing them.

Going to their personal Youtube channel and flooding their videos with harassing comments until they have to be blocked.

Flooding their PM with harassing PM, sometimes of a violent sexual nature.

He likes to posture as the savior of Aces High.  He is, in fact, a scorpion you have let into your tent.

Toxic, psychotic, self-aggrandizing drama queens simply aren't worth me spending my time on.

It seems to get worse every day.
Far too many, if not most, people on this Board post just to say something opposed to posting when they have something to say.

He obviously doesn’t want to be here any longer.

Cyberstalking laws have very broad definitions intentionally.

Skyyr says he “hate(s) WW2 fighters”, this sure is an odd place for someone with that disposition.
They're casting their bait over there, see?
