Folks were alluding to the Jean Carroll civil suit.  That is not a conviction.

You are talking about the "falsification of business records" case now.  Yes, the jury voted to convict on that.

Are you talking about the misdemeanors that were trumped up to felonies just so a political opponent could be charged because the statute of limitations had expired? How can that not be thrown out by any non partisan court of appeals?

Seriously, how can anyone not see that was purely a political attack and is illegal election interference?
