Personally I dont think so.
From what I understand, you play the whole game on your front end (your computer) so what you see is what you get. Now what you see may be off a bit from what the other guy sees due to lag. This is why you hear some players complain "he couldnt have hit me from that angle!". From his front end he had the angle.
So playing the game on your computer, hits are registered on what you see and do. Those hits are put into a packet and sent through the servers then to the other guys computer and tells them they have been hit where and how hard.
"Rubber bullets" is an excuse that has been around for a long time. It is caused be how many drinks you had, how much smoke you have had, how close the "wife ack" is in your house, even the fart you thought nobody heard can effect your bullets. Aim is a fickle thing. Your trying to hit a moving target at an unknown speed from a moving platform with a known speed (if you really have time to monitor your speed), taking in to account the angels of closure and the effect of gravity on your rounds.
