Don’t eat only one meal a day.

It causes the body to go into “calorie storage mode.

Many reference up stream in this thread mentioning intermittent fasting while NOT calorie restricting.

you eat twice the food 1 day and fast the next.  that's not fasting.  you just eat enough for 2 days.

I have a N=1 for you all.

Last year in March I had CT scan that showed I had fat in my liver. It was in the normal range but, they wanted to keep an eye on it. At the time I was doing keto and then in April I went full carnivore. Which means I ate pretty much only fatty meat.

Fast forward to last Tuesday, I had a liver scan exclusively. I had no fat in my liver and no scarring. That is strong testimony that animal fat that is not used by your body will pass through. It certainly didn't get stored.

But when I DO have a carb cheat day, I try and make it count. ;)

I am required to a make sushi whenever my sister and niece come for a visit.  I am told this is mandatory. ;)  This was lunch today.

Living out in the sticks now, I had to mail order my sushi grade fish.  Oceanside Seafood.  Came next day packed in dry ice.  I don't know what the difference is.  Maybe different flavor from different waters.  That as the best yellow fin tuna I've ever had even at a restaurant.  I'll be ordering more of that again.  Not cheap, but something you want to splurge on.

I never said Carnivore is the only path to weightless.

Nor is weightless my only, or even primary reason for doing it.  Weightless is just the inevitable result of insulin stabilization and regulation.

Glad to hear you are turning your health around however you do it.

That sushi looks good. I lived in Okinawa 6 years and ate sushi there only once. I didn't acquire a taste for it until later. All the missed sushi bars.
Here we put salt on Margaritas, not sidewalks.

I would have died and gone to heaven to have been stationed in Japan.

Exactly!

My whole journey started because of poor health.

WTG Semp! Of course, though, this thread has been up for quite some time.

The Sushi looks fantastic btw!
