I met NB way back in Air Warrior days.  AW and AH conventions and Blue Belle ice cream.  I thought about him about 2 weeks ago and then I see the sad news here.  I remember an incident in the game.  I was in a B-17 formation about 5k at an enemy base and looked down to see NB tangling with 4 enemy on the deck.  I said "You look busy NB, need a hand?".  He answered "Yes, where are you?".  I replied "Above you, on the way".  I killed 2 of the 4 engines, cut throttle and descended into the fray. We were able to kill the enemy and limp home. 

Rest easy my friend.

The one and only interaction I had with NB was when I was a newb and flying out to a fight in a P51D. A friendly P38 came screaming in on me lighting me up and he exploded. I laughed so hard I nearly choked. I messaged him about kill shooter not knowing he was an old timer. He replied "I know, I was just clowning around"
