My whole game play is about winning the war by defeating the enemy. This includes offensive and defensive actions.

In an Offensive action to capture a base, if a player ups to defend, it is my job to kill it or at least insure it does not hinder the effort. If that means 5 of us jump this defender to insure that, so be  it, its part of the game.

In a Defensive action to defend a base, if a player arrives to attack, it is my job to kill it, or at least insure it does not contribute to the capture of the base. Again, if that means 5 of us jump this attacker to insure that, so be it, its part of the game.

While I have not played IL2 in several years, from what I hear here on the forum and see on Youtube, that is how it is played as well with multiple players.

Uptown is right about one thing on 200 though, It's about egos and dislike for one another with this player base. It's a huge turn off for new and returning players. You guys have forgotten to have fun and have let this game turn into a full-time job.

Ha! And all 3 countries have the same trio ranting nonstop. I never heard my grandfather say the F or C word or shriek and whine but the range channel helps me imagine it. No bueno.

I'm not averse to cursing, Hell I enjoy it. It's the shrieking, complaining and whining that hurts my ears.

Awful

And y'all wonder why people don't want to play this game anymore. Most of you people live and die by the stupid score as if it makes you something important. AcesHigh doesn't suck.....it's the players that run players off. Get some help. What a bunch of childish old men y'all are.

There are a few but the great majority just enjoy the game and fellowship.

I like to just play into it… my favorite is when, I think trapr, the automatic “graphics cheater detected online!” plays when one of the rook tankers gets online :rofl

I can’t remember which tanker, I think it’s whenever charger gets online

I completely understand where you're coming from. I started out with the SicPups and we would take ponys and Lancs shut a base down with a quickness. It was great! But then they upped the numbers allowed in a squad and the Bish just blew up with 2 or 3 huge swarm squads and it ended up everyone were competing over targets. You'd get there and half the time you'd have to drop ord and vulch the runway. Ghi would roll base after base like a swarm of locust. So I switched sides to fight against the masses. I like to see some of those big squads on the Bish side fly with the lowly Nits and Rooks once in awhile. The worst thing that could happen is ya might make a friend or two more. Not to mention help the ENY balance out some days. And that goes for the other 2 countries too.
I don't know man. Since I got back on the hippy lettuce I'm all about peace and love all of the sudden. I think we need a group hug or some crap  :uhoh

Or sims that don't have a killshooter and things can get out of hand right quick.

A teammate kills you're buddy so you shoot him down and then his buddy shoots you done etc....

Other team wins with no shots fired by them! And some very ugly things get said.

When i log in at 8:00 EST, it’s 22 bishops, 3 knights and 3 rooks.

The bish win the map by 9:00 and 90% of them leave after collecting perks.

It’s obvious that they are only there for the “winning the war perks”.       They sure weren’t hording to get kills because they would have to fight each other for kills because the only opposition is one who keeps upping and dying over and over.

The other two countries should all go to the hording country and fly along with the horde complaining about having no kills available.

It will show that they are there only to collect the perks and that having zero opposition is of no concern to them.

I doubt very much that it has anything to do with perks. My guess would be they have thousands of perks already and as they are under ENY more often than not they dont get to use perks, no perks is not what they are after.

They just like taking bases and winning the war, thats it.

You can bet 2 of those knights are either AFK or most likely hitting rook bases.
I sometimes like to fly in the early hours. LOTS of very easy kills but if them steamrolling bases bother you, its best you not log on as it is a virtual cesspool.

Finetime was being a sore in the bish horde and its hilarious to see the horde thin down once they approach ANY opposition.
