WTF ????

when they are supposed to, i can suddenly
bew liable to pay them alot of money couse

im no lawyer, and have no idea if this is
a usual way of doin thing in the USA/world?,
but it sertainly scared me away from going
online today (was supposed to be the first time)

if possible id like an explenation from one

This is standard stuff.  It means they get to charge you interest on the money if you don't pay them.  The "highest rate permitted by law" just means that they can set what they feel is a reasonable rate in this situation without being challenged on it legally.

If you are concerned about it, send an email to billing@hitechcreations.com and ask for clarification.  They are very responsive.

You should also be aware that you can pre-pay.  Print the form out from the web site and send them a money order, that way you can't ever go "in the hole" so you won't have to worry about it.

What it simply meens is that we can charge you intresest on unpaid bills.

The highest rate clause is simply so we don't have to continualy change the TOS as intrest rates change perodicly.

We arn't looking to to jump on people with high extra charges. But at the same time we do need to cover ourselves for abuses to our system.

Nappy,

That's just standard financial verbage.  It only says we can, not that we will.  We're a business based on repeat customers, not just people shuffling in for a month and splitting, so it's not in our best interest to try and jerk anyone around.
