IMO, field/ship ack should "emulate" what humans do with the flaks/M16.
1 - It should be very accurate against targets flying directly towards it.
2 - It should be very unaccurate against very fast targets not flying towards the ack.
3 - It should be less effective at night.
4 - Different acks at one field should share the targets in range, not just all firing to the nearest one.
5 - Acks are firing forever, what about an ammo count and 30 secs to reload?
Also, a single big caliber ack round (37mm I suppose) blows up your plane all the time, so I suppose it uses HE instead AP. That means these rounds should be uneffective against armoured vehicles (also aplicable to Flak rounds).
