CH Customer Support - WOW!
« on: January 09, 2002, 11:14:00 AM »
I called CH today to see if I could buy some of the rubber feet that go on the bottom of the F16/568 combatstick.  They said no ... they would send them to me at no cost.  Man hows that for customer service?  I'll confirm once they arrive, but man I'm impressed.

One time I had a defective hat switch.  They told me to send them the joystick and they would replace the hat switch.  I sent it in and 3 weeks later I got back a brand new stick.   :)

I've used CH for many years and had only one bad experience with their customer support.  For the most part, they have been excellent.

That's the one thing CH always had over TM... tech support.  Yep.. CH would hire the cool good looking nice people while TM would hire fat drunk bastards that treated people like crap and enjoyed it.

I think the Tech Support is the main reason TM had to sell out to Guillemont.

Yep.. its all tech support's fault.

I heard it was the customers.  Especially the whiney, pissant kind that couldn't stop crying about lack of support for that business OS...you know, NT4.0.  :D
