fighter and buff scores

Vehicle and attack missions give you credit for every kill you get. Fighter and buff missions dont count destroyed vehicles/PTs as kills. Why?

A last question, flying as a fighter and, for example, straffing an enemy VH will pork your fighter Hit %?

I think having 2 catagories of scoring in fighters is lame.

You should get credit for everything you kill regardless of your selection at takeoff.

I have no idea how many ground targets I have destroyed and gotten NOTHING for it.

I for one like to fly for rank, but I also fly to kill everything I see. Unfrotunately, that means my rank suffers do to strafing and killing ground targets.

HTC... PLEASE make fighter/Attack one catagory, or at least allow ground target kills to count for something in Fighter mode.

Agreed, strafe 5 M3's or so in a sortie and all ya get is 5 extra kills on the stats. Perks too?

Anyway, saw the tail of a german aces plane during WW2, can't remember what type but he had small arrows pointing up wich indicated air to air kills, and arrows pointing down for air to ground kills.
