Quick Mission Planner question

If I plan a mission with delayed takeoffs (say fighters takeoff after buffs) will the delayed take-off planes auto launch at mission start or at thier alloted takeoff time ?? i.e. will the fighters have to wait on the runway ??

they will spawn at the planned take-off time.
