hblair in his initial post in this thread said it'd be Axis v. Allied.  I'm sure I'll fly for both sides in the setup.  :)

Dunno what this is all about.

All I can add is the ONE and ONLY time I flew WBS I just remember flying a mission where it was a Pacific map where it was Allied vs. Axis in a realistic setting. I flew over some fuel tanks or something and was jumped by fighters cuz I was a tard. Still...

I remember that one flight. Do the math.

I don't like the idea of an all Allied/Axis matchup.  I prefer setups of actual WWII Theathers at actual times.

(Normal Disclaimer:  This is not a whine.  It's called Feedback.  I am not going to stop flying in the CT or call anyone names if I don't get what I want.)

What you are looking for is not the CT then, you are looking for a scenario.  We have those a couple of times a year, and they are a blast.  Make sure you get in on the next one.

I'd also like to add that it's not possible to re-create that in a normal arena.  Any scenario relies on lots of other people playing particular roles that on a daily basis almost nobody will be interested in filling.  For real historical re-creation type stuff the best you can do is Scenarios IMO.
