HTC -
How about adding support for analog trim controls? I'd love to be able to use my X45 rotary knobs to directly set trim (the right way).

guess you tried the dead band in the middle? as long as you bring it back to center it holds the position of the trim just fine ..

Using the banded method requires you to twist the rotary in the direction and then back to center for each equivalent key type. What I would really like is to be able to set the trim directly based upon position of rotary.
