IL2 and Ki61 would probly be the only usefull planes in the list that would fit well with the current planeset. Maybe a couple more 190A varients. It's obviously time time tho to get a seperate area or even arena for early war planes. A seperate arena for "perk" planes would be good too... I suggest it be in a WB arena.

Just a little specualtion here, but with 1.06 comes the arrival of a perk bomber and perk fighter... anybody else think that there's a chance there will also be a perk GV?

All New:

Ar234B.

Now is:

The LA-7 a variant or a mod?
The Tempest a mod or all new?
The Ta152 a mod or all new?

In any event, we've still got two planes to go :-)

Torgo, you list the YakT as a varient of the Yakolev 9U, so I would list the La-7 the same way. They are both pretty much improved versions of the older designs.

The Ta152 would be all new. It is based on the FW 190, but only some prototypes used Fw190 airframes. They built new airframes for production ones. New wings, new fuselage, new engine...not much left to call it a Fw190.

Tempest is a bit of a puzzle. Since the British didn't designate it a Typhoon Mk II, I would call it a new design. They seemed to think it was a new design, so why should we second guess them?

That's the way I think list of new kites is gonna break down. Though IMO the Yak9T should be a mod, it's not really a varient of the Yak9U we have now (it's earlier war, not the UT several of us were hoping for).

Best guesses on the remaining varient and remaining modified?

Spit XIV and P-51H- they are the logical antithesis of the Ta-152, and would make it a total of 5 planes that would be earned through perks.
