Torgo, you list the YakT as a varient of the Yakolev 9U, so I would list the La-7 the same way. They are both pretty much improved versions of the older designs.
The Ta152 would be all new. It is based on the FW 190, but only some prototypes used Fw190 airframes. They built new airframes for production ones. New wings, new fuselage, new engine...not much left to call it a Fw190.
Tempest is a bit of a puzzle. Since the British didn't designate it a Typhoon Mk II, I would call it a new design. They seemed to think it was a new design, so why should we second guess them?
