I suggest that if we must have "perk" powerups in everque.. er, AH, that they be enabled only in "perk" areas.. Those would be the corners of the map. New fields should be added at the corners that were several sectors further out tho.
Another option would be to have a seperate arena, one that was the only place "perk" planes could be flown. I would suggest an arena on Warbirds.
