HA Solution?

Why doesnt everyone whining for a HA just take it amongst themselves to move their HA over to the scenario arena?  Do as Sunchaser has and fly with realistic plane sets.  

Just create some rules to limit which planes are flown by which country and have at it.

Unless someone can prove me wrong, my bet is that you will be lucky to have more than 10-15 planes in the arena at any given time.  Sorry for being so negative but my bet is that most people enjoy the mayhem in the MA.  And those who are clamoring for a HA will quickly get bored of the few numbers in the HA and return to the MA.

 Great idea! It's been done three times in the last year and it always peters out but it would be nice to see the posters for an HA actually put thier money where thier mouth is.

If you use perkies to incentive HA usage, you will see lots flying there.

Similarly to what somebody (sorry, can't recall his name) say about givin more perk points to people flying iconless, If Htc. (say) double the perk points earned in an eventual HA, I would bet quite a few of us as HA flyers. Numbers allowing, I wouldn't need the perky thinghy to fly HA.

Dingy, you are right that few come and none stayed.

When I was pouting over the roaches low beta map use I went to the Med SEA and the most that were ever there was 6 at one time.

The idea might have more sucess if there were more early war planes.

I was actually disappointed in the numbers due to the fact that so many AHers claim to be the cream of the WWII SIMMERS in existence and they still fly in "Wonderland".

I will get off the HA soapbox, it aint gonna happen.

AH is a game, not a sim and that is that.

I sure hope IL2 works online.

Allow "perk" planes and points to be used only in the HA (or Hope for Action) arena.  That would pretty much rid the MA of most of the undesirables in one fell swoop.

Seriously tho.. Two arenas.... any theme... People go to the most populated one.   Just that simple.

Empty arena is as inviting as syphilis.

So, if game has MA type free for all arena, HA does not stand a change because hardcore pilots will go to MA too. Simple as that.

Where does almost every hardcore history fanatic go in future? To WWIIOL. Do you think AH will introduce HA to keep them? Not a change, it could not compete.

So, instead of fighting the inevitable HTC puts its focus to casual players which does not demand obscure planes that would never be used on MA or something like that.

Instead for lobbying HA we should be lobbying to modify MA. But I think we all know how that is gonna work.
