Sound far too low, and choppy
« on: February 11, 2002, 05:21:22 PM »
I'm running a MUSE XL w/ PCI my stick setup uses. I'm running win XP (Xtra Problems, pr 1.6, 256MB, 40gb hd, and 64 MB GF2 MX TV Out.

My problems are that in Control panel wizard, I nearly have to shout to have my voice heard using headset, and even then its very low and choppy. In AH, I can hear, but not transmit. I have removed the other card and am now wondering what else I may have missed.

Try looking for a little checkbox marked "20dB microphone boost" or something similar.
