This looks like it could become huge in the U.S.  Finally a practical use for internet enabled phones.

This service has been available in Finland for some months. It uses the possibility of locating the GSM signal, it has nothing to do with internet.

I understand that.  I use a GSM Nokia 3390 myself (GSM is a great standard, but it's still not so common here in the U.S.).

My point was that the gaming experience could be considerably enhanced with internet connectivity to the game hoster's web page.

I think theres not a single person in Finland who doesent have GSM phone. The first thing parents buy to their kids when they learn to speak is cellular phone..:)
