I personally see little to no difference between 5 P47D25s above me looking to kill me and 5 P51s doing the same.

5 P47s=100% cooler and 10x more .50s pointing at you

I don't think this is a problem worth worrying about though.

Why do some players have gobs of perk points to use as they wish?  It's generally going to be because these players are mainly flying higher-ENY planes to kill lower-ENY planes, and are likely doing it while flying for the lower-numbers country.  Also, they generally have high perk "accounts" because they aren't blowing them on perked low-ENY planes; they're instead continuing to fly their high-ENY planes to kill the low-ENY planes.

Players with vast perk point accounts are probably the last guys that anyone needs to worry about, and are also the last guys to be effected by ENY...

Honestly I don't think the eny system affects me much.

eny does not work. just look what knights did. had eny of 20 plus and still had no problems hording bases. eny  should effect ord payload and  troops eny gets to high no more big bombs and troops size goes down. still want to take base takes  goons can only take say  so many troops@ what ever the % eny at and same for ords. high eny smaller bombs, less he round ect.. current system  does not work... end of storie...

This happens on all countries.  Every country hordes, picks, HO's and participates in every other form gamey crap that one wants to conjure up.
None more than any other.  You can get Lusche to make you a pie chart on it.

Besides, ENY has never prevented me from flying a 190 A-8

Front based ENY seems like the way to go to me.

The eny program in this game needs a serious rework, or do away with it completely because it is not working.

I don't know what can be done to fix the system but it definitely needs to be fixed, this is just one time that this has happened, it happens all the time, case in point...

LOWER the ENY on about 15 aircraft, then LOWER the percentage threshold.  Make ENY a factor.  Currently, it isnt.
