Shane,

You are quite pathetical. Wasn't enough your CT post? C'mon, you still have lots of rooms where you didn't post this incident. You can do it, go for it. Nothing so amusing as having a little kid proclaiming his inability to handle an adult level conversation, after letting everybody notice his inability to accept his own lack of SA/Intelligence after showing his inability to handle a harsh combat environment.

Your social skills are pretty well resumed by this whole incident and your final resumee ...all i have to say is diddly you hblair and the CM horse you've abused.... Yeah, this says it all about you.

CT is a singular experience for me in the sense that not only everyone tries to have fun, but also there's a strong feeling that everyone is trying hard for the rest of CT having fun too. I really appreciate hblair is taking his share of responsibility and take measures against someone notably away from this philosophy. This time it's been you, and it's not a single day/single word thing. I would have done the same at that time, based on your general attitude when online. Your most evident skill is ranting on ch1 about whatever unfair circumstance leading to your defeat.

Take this as a lesson, and try to behave accordingly. You will be more than welcomed in CT, as everyone is.

As for statwhatever, It's like the rest of stats.....you know, there are lies, bloody lies and stats. Just ignore all of them, they are worthless  ;)

Cheers,

Pepe

dude i am not even reading this thread but you run your mouth from the time you enter the ct till you leave. I listened to it a few times and now I squelch you as soon as I enter if you in there.

I remember when Hangtime told you to stfu wnen you keep uppin at field that had 3 nme planes patrolling it. Then you would whine over and over about how unfair it is that you always get attacked 3 on 1.

No one you promised you a 1 v 1 engagement. If there was any cm abuse it was only there to counter your constant abusive behavior over the past 2 weeks in the ct.

You should have listen hangtime you wouldn't be in this position. I know folks have complained about you because I was one of them.

You gotta dance with the one who brung ya. Act like a Dic* get treated like one.

WTFG ct cms.....

it's not always the case, wotan, only when the lame dweebry reaches critical mass is when i start to call it like it is... lame dweebery, which is apparently quite often.  seems the CT has become a mini-MA (with all that entails), but with a limited planeset.

tell me, do you spit or swallow?

you cant even  excersize any self control here ....... you get what you deserve bud. I know of another guy who got banned from ah for less then what you do. All he did was critize cv ack.

No one gives a crap how much every picks on you.

Keep up the good work. Your abusive Nature in the main as well as in the ct coupled with your attitude in this thread I would cancel your account in a second. Hopefully someone at htc feels the same.

Anyway whine on ya big baby...........

I believe I was one of the 3 on 1. I followed his 109 as he returned to France, he quickly outpaced me and disappeared. Was it Tac who caught him with a faster plane and knocked him down? shane began to cry a bit and then switched sides and continued the "discussion". I logged off and shane dissappeared from the world, now as I read the BB he reappears. I'm off to work and "poof" shane is gone:p

Isn't just ejecting someone overstepping his authority?  He's just a CM and not authorized to enforce TOS, unless it's a sanctioned special event or scenario, correct?

If so, then regardless if Shane was at fault or not, hblair clearly overstop his bounds by ejecting him.  It's bound to happen when you give someone tools that they have no training in using and another reason why not even CM's should have boot mojo in any arena other than the Special Events arena.

A caveat.... It's really none of my business as I haven't flown AH or WB in well over a year, but I still read and participate in the community boards occasionally.

Shane, I don't know you, but the Hblair I knew from AH and before that WB, wasn't the out-of-control and unreasonable dictator you make him out to be.  I would have thought he was actually a good choice for this kind of role, as he's always been a community booster and volunteer.  He was particularly friendly and helpful to me on-line.

You might want to rethink the verbal "death spiral" you've got going in this thread.

Just my two cents.....

Regards,
Badger

Once in a Big scenario, I had a CM (Vadr) brow beat me for speaking to the enemy with friendly hazing using the word "Nazi's"...at the time of his brow beating, I felt he went alittle overboard...but after a few moments when I calmed myself down, I realized that if you set a tone, that tone is the baseline for behavior, and it ONLY DECLINES from there.

This person is on your Ignore List.

The new Vbb boards feature works wonderful. Just click on someone's profile and in small print at the bottom of the window that pops up is a little link that asks if you want to add this person to your ignore list .

I have six idiots, well seven now (waves bye to toejam2000 as he joins Shane, Seeker, Rotarian, Arlo and the two fluff queens in ignored imbecile land) on my list and it works as good as I wish an online permanent squelch filter would, whenever we get it.

It's like an NNTP kill file. But better. They can't change thier header info to circumvent the filter :)

Ya know.....there is a solid reason why HT will never give me any watchdog priviledges.....I would send any whinin, disruptive, insulting malcontents to another sim ina New York minute!!! Permanately!

If I owned HTC, it would be this simple...I don't need anyone's money that cannot respect ALL players and conduct themselves in a manner which promotes community and positive growth within our sim. Don't like something? Fine, just don't puke all over us and yourself in the attempt to communicate how ya feel!

Someone please push the button on this crap...we don't need it as players, and HTC....you don't need their money either.

Hmm... shane..  sounds like you were a pain in the ass.   Sounds like a lot of people are not unhappy that you are gone from "their" arena. but...  I have a little trouble with players being able to boot other players.

When something like this happens I learn to appreciate HTC and their balance a little better.   I don't really want the inmates runnning the asylum.    We got people here that would love to run things...   most are not too stable IMO and have no finacial stake in AH.  Fortunately they don't get the opportunities.

I think I would rather be in an arena that HTC ran tho than a player regardless (or because of) his good intentions.   You can't get too mad at the owner and creator of the game but it rankles to have some other player use athority.   It can only get worse not better..   Just my opinion.

did this happen yesterday after i logged?

i dont understand it. i had a conversation with shane, pepe and i were dogfighting while hangtime was capturing my fields.

everything seemed ok. now i log on and read more negativity.
what a shame.

ive only been back in AH for four days and the level of negativity is extremely high. kind of boring to be honest.

i was not there. i do not know shane. i do know hblair.

in all my years, ive never seen someone get a verbal pasting without some questionable action starting the whole ruckus.
who started it- or finished it doesnt matter.

what matters is that the actions of one do not effect the enjoyment of the game for others. so, in short, if there is a problem between shane and hblair please take it directly to ht.

no one really cares about this stuff. otherwise this game will erode into a social dysfunctional system like everquest where players get sheer enjoyment by runing the experience for others and the GM's have the ability to ban your account at a whims notice.

i think the AH community is too intelligent for that....lets hope so.
