Hangtime and Hristo,

You better redo the time calculations.  The eastern seaboard of the U.S. is four hours earlier than Zulu NOT six hours.

I could easily see you missing each other in the MA and thinking you've been ducked when it was a simple misunderstanding.

Actually, and I might be wrong....I was stationed in Wichita, Ks.....McConnell AFB, 1968-1975 and I think that GMT was 4 hours different.  That would be 5 on the East Coast.  Certainly, I can be wrong.  At 52, I am glad to inhale and exhale...for CODs sake!
hehehe

KKen - Zulu isn't subject to the "daylight savings" madness if I'm not mistaken.  Also remember that the Eastern time zone is closer to GMT than the Central time zone.

Go here if you aren't sure what time it is somewhere else in the world:  http://www.worldtimezone.com/

But go here if you need an accurate time hack for a US time zone:  http://www.time.gov   This also gives the offset to Zulu/GMT/UTC.

I sure hope either HT or Hristo read this and get themselves on the same sheet of music.  The web page does confirm that eastern U.S. is four hours earlier than GMT.

Believe me on this one, we type in GMT every day when we fly our F-16's for debrief coordination reasons.
