Some of the charts are written in english.

But there is a prob with the following 3 files, i cant DL em.

The filenames are OK, but you'd have to write %23 for the # symbol in the URL :-) Your file was actually properly accessible, but not via the link you provided.

(Knowing about %23 could be handy in case you find some interesting information posted by someone else, so that you can't change the filename.)
