190's for fighter sweeping, Dora the mostly

109G2 for base defense.

Lately trying out Allied fighters sometimes, P38 is very nice (very good alround plane)

i'm a spit tnb dweeb who has been forced into a p51d (which i fly pretty much like a spit, sorta - it does have a merlin after all) so i can chase down the  planes which (practically all of them) run from the spits.
Surrounded by suck and underwhelmed with mediocrity.
I'm always right, it just takes some poepl longer to come to that realization than others.
I'm not perfect, but I am closer to it than you are.

P51D because nobody ever expects pilots that fly in dresses can actually turn the damn thing and kill you with it.

What I find truly amazing is that 190's and 109's still try to scissor with us. Scissors? Hey, no sweat; we can even buttonhole and chain-stitch without breaking a nail... and since we switched to short dresses, flying inverted is a treat for everybody.

P47D-30 in MA.    Turns well, suprises enemy with it's low speed turning ability, as well as high 400mph turning ability.  The higher the alt, the better it performs speed wise.  Does a great scissors also.  8X.50s imho very close to lethality of 4XHispanos'.

FW190A8 in CT.  Roll rate very good.  Fair mid alt performer.  Almost same charachteristics as the Jug except for turning,  Scissors well.  And I use the 4X20mm option instead of 30mm.  30mm almost useless in a scissoring fight against fighters

For B&Z (about 3 passes than lost all E advantage) 190A5
For base defense (cause its THE fun ride) 109F4

I'd have to say the P-38.  I've always had a fascination with the P-38 and is my favorite of all the WWII warbirds, so almost 9 years ago when I got the chance to "fly" one online, I jumped at the chance and never climbed out of the cockpit.

I like em all, well most anyway :)

G10 if I want to survive, F4UD, P47D25 or P38 if I want to get kills :)

My olde 190A8 has let me down lately :(
Thx for the tip on the MOSS Karnak, will try it out again soon.
