Who did not see this one coming?
I mean, James "Titanic" Cameron has already expressed his intention of going up there.
I'm for the commercialization of space travel, but this is not the way... it's like selling hotel nights at the CERN or some other top scientific installation.
Dennis Tito, that's another case... the man was a skilled engineer who had worked for a long time in the sector before he made big bucks... I say he earned his passage to space. (BTW the guy is a perfect double of "Mr. Hayden" from Carl Sagan's "Contact").
But a media creation like the N'Sync boy? Well, hope he pukes a lot (that definitely happens) and we get plenty of pictures of that. His career sinks to the bottom (it probably would anyway) and we get a good laugh.

The commercialization of the space station was discussed last summer at the International Space University Summer Session, and some pretty good ideas came up, I hope space becomes affordable... well, before I die.

(after being in zero-g training, I can tell you I'm hooked!!!)
