How can i change airfield ownership?

Hello!

I am allways in troubles... The question in this day is:
How can i change for ex. airfield A1 ownership from bishops to rooks?

I have created 5 airfields and 1 Port, and now I want to change all ownerships. I don't find any tools of it. Can anybody please tell me what is the system?

In the TE upper left corner you'll see feild set-up.

Build / save.
