Toad, it isn't that people are agitated by the posts you and others made up to the point that the first post of this thread was made- it's that it's time to get a little more organized and resume with 'normal' operations. Everywhere except what deals with the ordeal all of us Americans, and other nations, went through yesterday.

No apologies necessary, and the threads currently in the Gen. Discussion area will obvsiouly continue. I believe Skurj, and others, wanted no more new discussions begun.

TY Skurj.

After all the hours of TV, work grief, and the whole terrible situation, someone makes a rational post.

Gimme back my free time AH BBS.

Also, some of us come here for stress relieve and to take our minds off of other things.  If I want to hear about the tragedy, I can (and do) turn my TV on to any national broadcast.

Taking it to the O Club is not "hiding it", it's just showing your ability to follow a simple rule and demonstrate common courtesey to the rest of the people on the board.  Personally, I think it'd be great if HTC would move the threads over to off-topic, but can understand if they'd be hesitant to do so.

It is time to return the board to its normal function.  Just as the airlines will resume flights today, so must we continue on with our daily business and lives.  To that end and with the knowledge that this will be on our minds for a long time, please hold these discussions in the O'club.

I agree ... But disagree with the LESS serious portion of this.

I dont want to sound as if I am bickering about little MESSAGE board insignifigances, but I as an AMerican and as a person living in todays society that sees how MANY either FLUFF this EVENT off (and IM not talking about here on this board) but in my daily living at work and some on the streets, I am SO disturbed just the thought of this subject being noted as "Less serious"

I DO AGREE with it being "OFF TOPIC" in relation to Aces High as a WHole.

I will only hope that most of you will undestand what I am saying here with this.

Thanks -.......

Nobody says O'Club is more serious.

In fact I want all the WTC-related posts in the O'Club because these days I am not much interested in anything AH-related on this board and O'Club is my primary browsing destination.
