Here is incomplete readme. :)

Mitsu's Sound Collection 1.03

Installation
================================================
Double-click the self-extracting patch executable.
Verify and correct the extract path if it is not correct.
Click the Unzip button.
Modifications for 1.03
================================================
- Volume of whistle.wav is adjusted.
- New damage sounds:
  damage1.wav (when damaged)
  hit.wav (by 12.7mm)
  hit_4.wav (by 7.7mm)
  hit_5.wav (by 20mm or bigger)
  hit_6.wav (by man-controlled naval AA gun)
- New environmental sounds:
  explode2.wav (flak burst and shell impact miss)
  explode3.wav (bomb explosion)
  explode4.wav (object explosion)
- Resample rate of explode1.wav (shell impact hit) is changed.
- New stall.wav is available. If you don't like it, rename "stall.wav" to "stall_1.wav", and rename "stall_old.wav" to "stall.wav".
- There are four check 6 calls:
  check6.wav (default check6 call for MSC, it's Japanese girl voice from the certain game)
  check6_lady2.wav (another Japanese girl's check6 call)
  check6_man.wav (man's check6 call)
  check6_man2.wav (another man's check6 call)
  Choose your favorite, and rename it to "check6.wav".
- Sound changes for Bf109F-4:
  new MG151/20 sound and external guns sound
  modified engine sound for smooth sound loops
  volume of MG17 sound is fixed
- Sound changes for Bf109G-2:
  new MG151/20 and external guns sound
  modified engine sound for smooth sound loops
- Sound changes for Bf109G-6:
  new MG151/20 and external guns sound
  volume of MG131 sound is adjusted
  modified engine sound for smooth sound loops
- Sound changes for Bf109G-10:
  new MG151/20 and external guns sound
  volume of MG131 sound is adjusted
  modified engine sound for smooth sound loops
  new engine start sound
- Sound changes for Fw190A-5:
  new MG151/20 and external guns sound  new gear sound
  new flap sound
  new engine sound
  new engine start and stop sound
- Sound changes for Fw190A-8:

...I will have the full version and an update patch for it.

Hi Tracer-15,
 Just make a copy of your existing sounds folder. Then if you don't like the new ones you can just copy your ones back. (I Always make a copy before something like this anyway as there are a few sounds I'm more than happy with as is and I always end up copying some of them back).
