I sure wish its a green 38, but a P40 is more likely.

Or a Wildcat?  We could then have both PAC and Euro early-war types for CT (or for scenarios, or for you other folks who sometimes like to ditch the hot rod for a real classic ).

« Reply #20 on: March 07, 2002, 12:35:12 PM »
Sorry, I missed that part.  :(

Anyone know what the 5 planned additions are to AH ?

Or does anyone have a URL to the post or page about it ?

Thanks,

Most likely another damn version of the Spitfire. GAK!

We need some carrier planes like the DAUNTLESS, HELLDIVER, JILL, JUDY or WILDCAT.

Erm... It's the Spitfire Mk1, Hurricane Mk1, Bf109E-4, Bf110-C?, Ki67 and face lifts to a few 'old' AH planes.  Considering it's the early BoB planeset it has to point to the 'surprise' plane being the Ju87 or the He111?

Hm.  Except in his "Woe is me" post, Pyro indicated that at least 64 plane/vehicle objects were already allocated.  And someone else (AKDejaVu?) noted that we currently have 56 total objects.  Meaning there's room there for more than just one "surprise."  Maybe three surprises?

Replicant, where have you heard that is is a 109 E4? All I've heard is that it will be a 109 E. My guess would be an E4 aswell though, considering it looks to be a BoB setup, however, had HT or Pyro said that it is an E4?

Would allso guess on a 110 C4.

I reckon it's going to be a Defiant to provide an excuse for perking the Spit and Hurricane in a BoB setup. ;)

That would be my guess.

I kinda have my fingers crossed for an F-8 Crusader.  Then I'll slap them LA7, N1K and Spits around!

More realistically, I'm hopeful for something from early war Pacific.

Hmmmmmmmm
Hot candidates would be the Stuka (unless it is already included amongst the other ones.....?)........and then I would think that a necessary popular plane should be around the corner, such as the Japanese "kate", the Dauntless, the Wildcat, P40 or even the P39........
Getting eager to know,,,,,,,,,,
It was very interesting to carry out the flight trials at Rechlin with the Spitfire and the Hurricane. Both types are very simple to fly compared to our aircraft, and childishly easy to take-off and land. (Werner Mölders)
