Saitek Cyborg USB and XP Pro

Heyas

I am running 4 USB devices, logi mouse, logi ff gp, saitek cyborg 3d, and ch pro peds.

I am using the latest drivers for all of them, with SD1.7 for the Cyborg.   EVERYTIME I boot the system, there is an exclamation beside the stick, and it doesn't work.(rest of devices work fine)
I've tried different arrangements as far as which ports the USB devices are plugged in to no avail.

I just go in disable the stick, and then reenable it and it works fine.

Just a pain...

Any fixes?

Hey Skurj,

Prior to my X45 purchase, I have been using a Cyborg 3D USB Gold and XP for a while now.  No problems to report.

It shouldn't be, but probably is the number of USB devices.  Might be sucking to much juice for all devices to be initializing properly.  Recently, I had to replace a PSU to do any decent overclocking of my XP/Iwill XP33 rig.  Turns out the 300W PSU I was using wasn't putting out like it should.  Low 5V, 3.3V and 12V  rails.  Popped in a 400W Antec, tweaked the pots and now Im running an Athlon XP 1600+ at 1400Mhz, its stock speed, but at 175Mhz FSB.  So, just goes to show a good PSU really is important for over all system stability.

Peace,

Yams

Hey Yams

A PS is on the list but not on the short list.

I am running an Antec 1030 case which comes with a 300w power supply.  I might be running it at the limit.
I am running a ton o fans

thnx for the input
