How to change weather and location?

How can I change things liike the weather. ( I saw a screenshot of a plane flying at dawn, But everytime i fly it is always at noon)
and also I saw a shot where a plane is landing on an aircraft carrier. How and Where is that done?

Sunset and sunrise are controlled by HTC. Aircraft carriers are in the arena at all times, just gotta find em and move to them the same as a base. GL and welcome to AH m8 :)

if in offline mode go to the setup on the clipboard and there is an adjust time button have to use military time to adjust what time u want it to be. other wise u cant adjust time htc controlls that in online mode.
