P-38K was a prototype that never saw any action, nor was ever deployed to any combat areas.  It shouldn't be in Aces High, the P-38N however...

Precisely the reason why we have the CT arena and the ENY values that rewards planes of less lethality/manueverablity overall (ok ok, it needs editing... but that is another issue)

It would be interesting to fly the Bf109E as you want to select when you fire your sacred 20mm shells.  For the rest of the time you would be shooting peanuts :D

kinda hoping the surprise plane is the Ki-84...

well, early Pacific War planes will be nice too, the F4F, P40E, A6M2, Val, etc... :D

P38 is there from the beginning.
That counts for the war too the p38 was there from begin till the end

i would like to see the he111 bomber with the belly mounted 88 mm!!!,,i seen some picks with them having big guns under belly,,,like american b25s,,i think they had somthing like a 115mm on them,,,replace the bomb load with cannon rounds,,lol,,,now wouldnt that kick some tanks butt or what?,,lol

Maybe, just maybe, the new surprise plane isn't a plane at all.  I think it is going to be a new GV, ie the Tiger or something.

I heard a rumor that a new GV is coming only in 1.11 or is this rumor unfounded ?
