Displacement: 1,628 tons
Length: 352 ft (oa)
Beam: 33 1/2 ft.
Drought: 16 ft
S.H.P.: 50,000 = 38 knots
Armament: 6x4.7", 4x37mm A.A., 6x13mm A.A., 4x21" T.T. (twin mounted)
Complement: 185

Hull Letter "PS" unknown. Maybe "Emanuele Pessagno".

So basically what you are saying is that the reason the Italian navy in wwii was a joke, was because of the crews then?
