I have played nearly all of the Massively Multiplayer games. I must say the support the HTC provides its customers is the best. They don't shy away from addressing issues. You may not always get the answer you like, but it is possible to get an answer. As their customer, I always feel like I know what direction the game is going, and they do their best to eliminate bugs as quickly as they can. I can't think of another major game publisher that gives better support. AH isn't perfect, and has a lot of areas that can be improved, but I feel like they are earning my subscription fee every month.
AH staff, I think you guys are doing a pretty d@mn good job.
