Awesome Airraid Siren sound

It's a real recording of an air raid siren from Operation Desert Storm. I made it for our alarm speaker system for Scud attacks when I was posted to Qatar. I set up a mic outside next to a hand cranked version on a tower and ran the input into my PC.  That way we could give the alarm from the computer wave file without having one of the boys run up the tower every time the intel boys alerted us to sound the alarm.  If you listen closely, you can hear some background noise of guys running around the airfield and various vehicles.

I had it on a 3 1/2 floppy kicking around my room and when I heard the wimpy one last night, I remembered the one I had on an old floppy that was 10 years old. Still worked!

Best air raid sound available. It brought back immediate memories of Vietnam when we used to come out of the field to a rear base area, and those attack sirens would go off!

Maybe someone could trim the file so where the start sounded like the end and then HTC themselves could use it.  (I'm assuming it's not copyrighted. )

I have trimmed the file down to half it's original size to 300k - two full cycles and it works perfectly now - cycling back without much delay.

OH YES!!  This works MUCH BETTER than the other airraid warning.  An absolute MUST download.

I've forgotten how much these sounds really help add to the immersion.  Gonna have to download Mitsu's soundpack as well.
