I was in a B17 on a deep strike interdiction mission in Northern Mindano. I had been escorted by p51's of my squad all the way there, after I got my rocks off I turned south only to hear calls of an enemy 262 on Roger Wilco. I saw a few unidentified cons and was certain that the 262 was at my low 5. I watched the con approach and it was a friendly p51. Then from my high 7 2 cons approached at a high rate of speed. 262!! I screamed on RW, he was diving on me at the speed of heat, following him a few K back was an enemy Ta152! A squadmate appeared co-alt of me off my 9 coming to my assistance. I opened up at 1.1 with short bursts to get my aim, luckily my short bursts had found 262 so I began to pour it on. The 262 opened up and shot one of my engines out, but it was futile, the 262 popped like a pimple. following seconds later was the 152 ripping my wing off putting me into a death spiral.

There are just too many to count.
I've killed two F4U's with shore batteries. I was really surprised at the time.

Field defense with the fleet ranks up there. I think I killed 5-6 of the BK's (might have been a few non-members in there) attempting to take P36 in the Baltic. Those 15" guns come in handy against GV's.

But, my all time favorite was a Ju88 in Mindanao. The Ju was leaving our southern field and heading home at about 8k. I swoop in from the oblique in a 262 and smacked half his plane off with a single round. It was Deus. heh

Another memorable kill was against Skernsk (I think). I was on preemptive barracks strike with an Arado at night. I dropped an egg from 12k on the barracks. Meanwhile, Skernsk (sorry if I got the wrong guy) is turning with a Niki on the deck.

only true kill that stands out is the time i bagged Citabria's tempest one of the first nights he came back.

nothin special, he was just foolin around. but i can say i nailed the master.

Another Cita story,twas a team game of H2H,our team was getting monstered by 3 n1k's and Cit's Mighty Lightning,(pre the n1k getting "fixed"),having decided that the only way to get some revenge,i dirtied my hands and jumped in a n1k myself,well i killed 2 of the nme n1k's and then got Cita as he was saddling up on a good guy,i popped him and on ch 1 i read......"fluff'n n1k dweebs" )
 Another worth mentioning is where i had run outta ammo (guns) and was with another friendly chasing a p51,i reported that i was winchester but was gonna keep cutting the p51's angles to give my teamie a chance to get him.
 The 51 decides now is a good time to runstang (no offence,you gotta extend sometimes lol),and pulls into a very gentle climb and starts to get away,i selected the rockets i had forgotten about,zoomed in,pulled the nose up a long way and let em go....
after release i pushed the nose level and was just in time to see one of the rockets remove the 51's right wing (im not sure that the rocket exploded or just collided with his wing),i'll never be able to do that again
 Oh and Tac,iv'e got that sniping film,man that's one hell of a shot

Well this wasnt exactly a kill of my own but was quite funny at the time

My countrymen had attacked the northernmost port (P55?) in NDIsles and had killed ack and hangers so I upped in a goon from a nearby base.  There was only 1 or 2 enemy in the area so I figured I might be able to sneak it in.  I fly NOE for about 10 minutes and then see a low dot heading my way.  I hold my breath hoping its a friendly and it turns out to be an enemy B17.  He spots me and turns to intercept.  Knowing I cant outrun him, I start asking for help from teammates in the area.

He closes on me, and as soon as he gets within guns range, I begin circling.  I pull hard on the stick and turn inside the b17.   He continues to try to get me in the front quarter but cant turn enough.  Every time he tried to jump to the tail gun, I could see his plane suddenly straighten out which would be my que to extend.    He would then climb back into the pilots spot, close on me again, try to turn to get close and then jump to one of the gunner spots! LOL  

This went on for about 10 minutes until a friendly showed up and killed him.  Fortunately, he didnt have a gunner or I would have been deadmeat! ROFL!!

I was pingin a fleet that some schmo brought withing 3k of the shore while in one of the shore battery guns and shot down an F4U-1D at 1.2k... I wasn't aimin for him, I had the range on the carrier and he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Hehehe loser,  i remember you bombing my m3 rofl.  There's me in my lil ol m3 letting out troops and you come overhead and dump ord on me.  Hehehe that was funny.


Not my best kill but my fave kill was in my first ever sortie in AH.  Took up a spit9 climbed to 20k and spotted 3 p47's in a close vic formation.  I dived down and shotdown 2 of them in a matter of seconds and got the 3rd as he made a break turn:D

First time I made a ord. drop at 20K and destroyed a VH. Of course I was in a spit and I dropped it to go after a bomber.

Shooting down 4 engined bombers with d2.0 shots in a yak allways gives me a warm fuzzy .

And the time I shot down a p38 with a shore battery.

And the time I was shooting at a hangar with a panzer and the shell went long, dropped on the far side of the hangar producing a giant orange fireball and a "you shot down Pyro" message .

And there was the time I was rtb in my light b26, looked down and saw a b17 and ju88 in formation . Dropped down between them and killed the b17 with my tail guns then chased down the ju88 . This produced some "buff guns" whines on chan1, from the buff pilots !

One time me and the rest of the 308 were sitting in our planes on a cv deck and westy dropped a bomb from his b26 and got like 8 simultaneous kill msgs . Bastard .

One of the planes vulching a field flew straight down the runway I was taking off from.   As soon as I got my tail up, I squeezed off a burst, which hit his wing.  Seeing as I was in a 190A5, this knocked it off.

The first night I was on AH, I nailed a low and slow Ta-152 in a Pony. I thought I was king toejam of stinky town. Didn't get another kill all night.

My favorite kills are when a P51 decides to try and run from a fight or after a jabo run and I'm higher in an La7...happens a lot!
