Forced hug

 I ran out of gas after a 4 kill sorti. ditched half way home. I got captured. My score bearly moved. Then had 1 kill while huggin ack. and score took a bump.

 Could someone at HTC explain exactly what the effect,( mathematically), captured has on score.

I believe HT said in another thread ditching is 75%, bailing is 50%, and death is 25%.  I would assume that captured would be 25%, or maybe even less, like 5-10%.

Last thing I heard was the a ditch is 1/3 of a death.  I'm assuming captured would be around 1/2 death.

Sorry about the quoting  , but isn't it still counted as a bail when you jump over enemy territory and thus you would get more points than if you succesfully brought the plane down and was captured?

Hmm on the other hand that might make more people bail and let the opponent get his kill, instead of ditching in enemy territory that is counted just as much as a "killed" (or "bailed" for that matter)at least for "kills per life" calculations.

Oh, don't mind me guys. Just talking to myself here.
