in the 80's i think there was a show...with a guy who flew somne sort of PB-y catalina..but is was smaller..he flew around the pacific looking for a golden monkey i think..He had a dog who wore an eye pacth i think....was the piots name Jake??? WHat was the name of the Show....????

Tales of the Golden Monkey (or something like that)

and the flying boat was a Lockheed of somekind I think.

It must have been early eighties as I barely remember it.

Ya thot it was monkey somthen...lol thx..hope they re run the show some day..i just want to see the plane fly...over the pacific islands..
