Add Town Damage to strat list

disabled/enabled.

There is  a nice unused spot for it on the Strat. display.

Couldn't there be a different kind of strat menu? Not everything about one field, but most important information for all fields? Sortable by each of the information (expecially friendly/nme ratio)?
