This thing is incredible.
I had the first version and got tired of it, because it was very sensitive to how you pronounced words.

I bought the upgrade to GC2 because it came with a free mic that I was going to buy anyways.  I finally installed GC2 yesterday and played with it, not expecting much.

I can't believe how good this thing is.  I can mumble or slur my speech and it will still get the commands right.  And you don't even have to train it.  Just type in what the command sounds like and it will respond.  Like magic.

Maybe not so useful for AH but it's great for single player sims with lots of key combinations.  Now I can tell my Comanche-Hokum wingmen what to do instead of having to type it.

They make you pay.  But what I paid was less than what I would have paid for the mic they include.  I bought it for the mic (which rocks) but it was a good deal anyways.

I suck at EECH but it would be fun to try co-op.  If you get GC2 I got a nice profile for EECH from SIMHQ.  All the radio commands are in there so you can talk to your wingmen and your home base.
