While you were busy trying to make me look stupid we figured it out. Here's the problem, it was BlackIce as you said it prolly was and made perfect sense to me.

My beef is this,...... You and others suggested this on the GB, yet it never reached the customer. If 3 emails were passed, why is it not one contained this solution? If in deed I am such an ars why is it the solution you stated on the GB never got to him until *I* told him it was his BlackIce. A lot of effort was put into making me look like the DA when in fact it was ignorance somewhere else.

Now in 1 single post you stated the answer yet why wasn't he presented with the solution to try?

In your reply you totally ignored me asking if the solutions you mentioned were offfered before he opted to quit. Instead you jumped on the band wagon and sealed the thread, nice work.

Now you made the big public beef about what happned in BW. I offered an apology and you refused. I ask why is TS ignoring th easy stuff and not even trying to make sure the customer got SOMETHING to try.

Maybe he is right maybe you all are getting too big for your britches.

End result is that you offered the soltuion in the thread but none was offered to him until THIS ARS took time to help YOUR customer\my friend.

I was delveloping such a deep respect for you and you choose to live in the past rather then deal with the situation at hand. I thought so much of you until now.

Now I am pissed, and you know what>? it's rightfully so.

AND BTW I had squeaked about the TS response, one response NOT the whole game and everything about as you suggested in open air right before you locked the thread. BS. I am insulting everything and everyone in the game NO my friend I am pointing out a wrong in ONE TS response. If I was squeaking about the whole game you can trust me I wouldn't be playing it.

I think I just lost my taste for it all. Making me look like an ars because someone else was a lamer when they answered his plea for help, I'm pretty damn well shocked at this, I expect so much more out of such a great outfit. I look like an ars because someone let this guy slip through the cracks.

YA know at one time I offered to help with TS and you didn't even respond to it. Hard headed texans

If you don't want me playing your game just say so, I won't die. But COD damnit sometimes people DO have a right to snivel now and then.

I saved you a lost customer, but I'm sure with all the influx of new players that matters not to you.

As for BW "Timing is everything" and in an interview "Target" was your words, I don't think I was so wrong after all.

If you don't want me playing just cancel my account ok. But for god sakes learn to take alittle critism. But don't belittle me for someone elses lamer faults.

Hmmm,.and why do feel the need to air this in public?

Running an ISP, I lose clients from time to time because I did not think of the right answer for them to correct a problem.  Sometimes I do overlook the obvious.  If the client gets angry at me for being human (which is thier choice) and making an error from time to time, I suggest they need to find another ISP.
I do not need the grief.  I do not hold a grudge in making such a decision, but I have come to realize there are those that you will never make happy no matter what you do.  Not implying that is the situation here, but it is a fact of life in a service business.

By the way, your sigh about "people that hold grudges", does indeed apply to you. I read the post several times and all I see is someone who is holding a grudge and it is not HTC.  I am sure, as someone who is happy to air out thier laundry in public will come back with a witty remark.

I just wanted to note, you are being a bit petty and you probably will not ever conceed to that possibility.

Granted I don't know the whole story, but didn't HTC send you 3 previous responses related to your problem?  Sure that last one seemed a bit cold-hearted, but I think you are reading way to much into it.  I think you can tell as well as anyone that HT is typically very brief with his posts (and probably his e-mails), which to some people appears rude.  I don't think he intentionally tries to make his posts to appear that way.

Honestly though, why did you make a big fuss about it on in the General Forum?  You must have known that all you were going to get was a bunch of flak from the community.  In the end all you've accomplished was to make yourself even more angry with HT and alienated yourself from part of the community.  I think a phone call to HTC would have been a better way to approach the issue, and probably would have had a totally different outcome.  You made a very negative post on the HTC company BBS, how did you think HT would react!  Put another way, how would you react in the same situation.  This is his company and source of income you are talking about, of course he is going to try to defend it.  To top it off, you insulted the few of us that actually were trying to help you.  (Myself included.)  I'd seriously consider taking a break from AH for a while to think the situation over.  (This is a game afterall, remember. :) )
